Framed print is shipped with pre-installed hanging hardware and an easy-to-follow hanging hardware kit. The kits include wall markers/indicators, a bottom bumper, as well as small level to ensure your print is hanging perfectly. Each kit contains a step-by-step instruction insert. Prints arrive ready to hang.

  • Returns & Cancellations 
    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase. If however the item arrives damaged you may request either a refund or exchange.

    You may cancel the order within 24 hours of purchase.

    Refunds (if applicable) 
    If you are requesting a refund for a damaged item we will arrange to have it picked up and returned to us. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
