    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase. If however the item arrives damaged you may request either a refund or exchange.

    If you are requesting a refund for a damaged item we will arrange to have it picked up and returned to us. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
